Whether you find yourself in need due to poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, job loss, medical debt, house fire or flood, or other crises, you will find basic essentials like clothing, shoes, housewares, and personal hygiene products through In The Image's programs, all at no cost to you or your family.
If you have already shopped with us in 2024 or 2025,
you do not need to fill out this form again!
Instead, use your personalized link that was emailed to you.

HOW IT WORKS
All members must complete an online form to schedule their first appointment. Please click the link below to enter your information and schedule an appointment.

Members may schedule up to 10 shopping appointments each calendar year. We kindly ask that you limit visits to once per week.
​
Beginning February 1, 2026, we no longer offer walk-ins, all shopping will be by appointment only.
Walk‑ins will no longer be offered.
​
To support anyone who may need help making or managing appointments, we now offer Tech Support Hours Thursdays from 1-2pm. Staff will be available to assist with completing new client intake forms, adding email addresses to accounts, providing scheduling links, and scheduling visits.

Shoes Help Our Elementary Students (S.H.O.E.S.) provides Kent County elementary students with a brand-new pair of back-to-school shoes each year for FREE!​
